Account requirements

Every partner or agent must have their own personal partner (agent) account.

Each IDL Office partner must provide personal and/or business information and contact information.

Partners who open online account must sign and submit back to our office an IDL Office Partner Agreement.

Creating partner (agent) account.

1. Open the partner or agent account by clicking the button: Register as partner or agent.
2. Fill out all the information the tool requires.
3. Choose a username and password, and agree to the Terms of Use and privacy agreements.
4. Once registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your application was not submitted successfully. If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us.
4. We'll verify the partner or agent information and activate the account. This can take up to 48 hours.
5. Once your account is activated you will receive an email containing instructions and a tutorial regarding how to start using account and create orders. Please keep this email for reference.
